![]() That changes my audio device and the music comes out of my USB headphones. If I start the program and I am in the wrong zone, I hit CTRL + T to flip to the next zone. To change the settings, please open Windows Media Player, click Tools, Options, click Devices tab, double click Speakers in the Devices list, pull down the Select the audio device and then choose the device you would like to play the music from. ![]() They have an excellent feature called Zone Manager which allows me to configure as many output devices as I like. Also, based on my test, certain application such as Windows Media Player has a sound output option. If I launch FF and the default audio Playback device is set to speakers, then the only way I have found to change to headphones is to close FF, open the Sound control panel applet, change my default device to my USB headphones, relaunch FF, go back to the streaming site, and start the divx stream again.Īs an example of what I am looking for, I run most of my media via J.River Media Center (MC12). When I watch streaming videos, it's usually late at night and the kiddos are in bed, so I have to use headphones. But for other OS and browsers it will be intresting too. ![]() However, I have an annoying problem I can't find a solution for. 1) select audio device for web multimeda (for example if there are more than one audio device) 2) control volume (at least I need common for whole browser instance or, even better for tabs) I hope it will be interesting not only for me. ![]() ![]() I have been watching a few streaming videos recently using the DivX Web Player on Vista 64-bit. ![]()
